Chinese herbal medicine effectively promotes healing of the whole person: body, mind and spirit. In my experience, Chinese medicine gives us a deeper, more wholistic understanding of ourselves and our shared connection to the earth.

I complement the Chinese medicine with Western Herbal medicine using the local and North American medicinal plants. I consider myself part of the long-established European traditions passed down through generations of practitioners.

After a 10 year mentorship with local herbalist  Oryane Belair in the East West tradition, I went on to receive my certification from the East West School of Planetary Herbology with Michael and Leslie Tierra.

For 25 years now, I have been enjoying keeping people healthy on the Sunshine Coast.

Mary Boulding is a Registered Herbal Therapist through the Canadian Herbalist Association of BC and is a member of the American Herbalist Guild.   She is also a Certified Shiatsu Therapist.
